Slush Machine Instructions
Complete setup, cleaning, production and maintenance guide for your Fidovet slush machine.
Machine Setup
Follow these steps carefully before using the machine for the first time.

Unboxing
Remove the machine from the packaging and assemble it according to the instruction manual diagram.

Positioning
Place the machine on a flat horizontal work surface and wait at least 4 hours to allow the refrigerant gas to stabilize. If possible, wait 24 hours.

Power Connection
Connect the machine to a suitable power outlet.
Initial Cleaning Cycle
Before first use, it is recommended to perform a complete cleaning cycle.

Pour 1.5 liters of water into the machine tank.

Select CLEAN mode by rotating the MOD/START knob.

Start the procedure by pressing the MOD/START knob.

Let the machine run for 5–10 minutes.

Drain the water using the dispensing lever and remove residual water.
Important Note
Always make sure the machine is completely drained after cleaning. Residual water may affect product consistency.
Ice Cream & Yogurt Production
Follow the process below to prepare and dispense the product correctly.

Fill the tank with one package of product mix.

Reposition the emulsion cylinder cap.
3
Select ICE CREAM mode using the MOD/START knob.

Set the temperature to -3.5°C.

The product will be ready in approximately 35 minutes.
Important Note
After the fourth 70 g serving, it is recommended to add more product mix (approximately half a package) to ensure a continuous and homogeneous flow of ice cream or yogurt.
To achieve the correct product consistency, after adding more mix it is necessary to wait at least 15–20 minutes before dispensing again.
Cleaning & Maintenance
To clean the machine after use, perform one or more cleaning cycles to remove product residues.
For a deeper cleaning of the cooling cylinder and emulsion tank:
STEP 1
Lift the handle that locks the tank to the machine.
STEP 2
Slide the tank forward and remove it.
STEP 3
Remove the mixing spiral.
STEP 4
Clean the cooling cylinder using a cloth and warm water.
STEP 5
Wash the spiral and the tank with warm running water.
NOTA
The collection tray positioned under the cooling cylinder can be removed, emptied of any residues and washed.
